MEET OUR PROVIDERS

Nonkulie Dladla MD, MS tier 1 Is our Chief Medical Officer. She graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University. She also received a master’s degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research from the same institution. She specializes in Internal Medicine and has been practicing for over 10 years.

Nonkulie Dladla is now an United Healthcare Tier 1 Premium Physician. An United Healthcare Tier 1 symbol recognizes physicians who provide value to patients.  These physicians have received premium designation for: Quality & Cost Efficiency. Members in United Healthcare plans that offer tiered benefits may pay lower co-payments or co-insurance amounts for services provided by United Healthcare Tier 1 Premium Physician.

 

 

M Feldstein croppedMichael Feldstein DDS has been practicing general dentistry for 16 years. He completed his undergraduate at the University of Maryland and graduated from the NYU College of Dentistry in  1999.  Upon graduation, he did a one year GPR (General Practice residency) at Queens Hospital Center.

 

 

 

 

 

J. H. Kobeissi MD is a board certified psychiatrist. He graduated from the American University of  the Caribbean and has been practicing for 10 years.

 

Dr. Shelly Levy

Shelly Levy, Psy.D. specializes in rehabilitation psychology, with a focus on acquired/traumatic brain injury. She attended Pace University and also completed a clinical fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at the International Center for the Disabled (ICD). She has been practicing for over 32 years.

Marvin Deluty, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy.  He received his doctorate from Brown University and was a National Institutes of Health postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.  He has been practicing for more than 30 years.
